Beach Vista, Emaar Beach Front – Apartment Refurbishment
Our client wanted their one-bedroom property designed for short-stay rentals and it was a carefully curated, quick
turnaround project.
With its beautiful location, this 1 x bedroom property overlooks the new Dubai Harbor in the Marina. Our client requested muted tones and practical designs that also reflected their personal taste.
The living room was designed to Incorporate a custom made tv unit and desk which included ample storage. The comfortable sofa was upholstered in stain repellent fabric and included a pull-out double bed.

Jumeirah Island – Villa Refurbishment
As the clients are a social family who loves to entertain, we selected statement pieces that would blend
into their lives with ease and intentionally took a minimalist approach to decorate.
Large empty walls were adorned with beautiful art, wallpapers and Marble.
Colour was an integral element of all pieces and statement furniture was custom designed offering a sleek but decorative twist. Highly contemporary with bold textures, yet practical and useful-this home is the perfect combination of comfort and sophistication for the fun, loving and creative couple.

Bay Central – Penthouse Refurbishment
A 5,000 Sqft luxurious triplex penthouse located in Marina. Designed to a high standard by Tareen Interiors. The project
was completed within 3 months and included fit out and custom furniture. As per the clients requirements we sourced
everything from towels, cutlery and bedding to have the property ready to move in for our client. As per our clients brief
the property was to be utilized for short term stays.
To achieve this, we maximised the space within the penthouse adding an additional bedroom with two queen sized beds.
In our design scheme we used a mix of patterns, textures and materials. The use of such materials and patterns helped to create unique and practical spaces.

Carr Hall Castle, UK – Castle Refurbishment
This magnificent castle was the winner of Channel 5’s I Own Britain’s Best Home series and we were thrilled to be
appointed by the client to re-design this property.
Located between Leeds and Manchester, the castle is situated in a secluded valley, set on 12 acres of land adjacent to a deer park. We worked with the clients to design the new extension which houses a Tareen Interiors designed kitchen, beautiful master bedroom, new dining room and a snug area. The clients required a very luxurious and unique design, in keeping with the beautiful traditional look of the property.

The clients required a glamorous look for a beautiful four-story town house in the heart of London. Each room
was to be dressed with its own luxurious scheme, complete with bespoke headboards, pop-up TV units and
bespoke furniture.
Each room was draped with luxurious curtains and bespoke furniture. We sourced bespoke Italian chandeliers and beautiful wallpapers throughout. The clients stressed that all furniture must be practical and comfortable.
