Damac Hills – Villa Refurbishment
The project endeavors to create a luxurious living space by seamlessly combining the timeless elegance of herringbone
hardwood floors with the opulent textures of premium Marbles and Onyx.
Through careful reconfiguration of the villa’s layout, our objective was to enhance both its spaciousness and refinement while discreetly concealing functional zones. Our Design targeted straight lines with the fluidity of curved forms. This synthesis is apparent in the incorporation of contemporary architectural features alongside soft, organic contours in furnishings and decor.
The outcome is an enchanting atmosphere that embodies sophistication and comfort, providing residents with a timeless understated luxury.

The Ugly Burger, Al Nakheel Mall – Restaurant Refurbishment
Ugly burger was founded by 3 friends who strived to use honest ingredients which taste just like homemade
burgers, messy with a side of fries.
The Design Concept:
As a start-up, our clients were on a stringent budget, further they loved the idea of 90’s hip hop and an urban/ indie look.
Not only did the bold colors and vibrant graffiti create a fun and quirky atmosphere within the space, but they also enhanced the dining experience for guests, making it a memorable spot to enjoy their meals. Further to brighten up the space we used custom made LED lighting, which was fit into the ceiling elevating the space and promoting branding for the business.

Mission Nightclub, UK – Club Refurbishment
Thousands of people queue every weekend to visit the iconic Club Mission. One of the leading clubs in Leeds,
if not the whole of West Yorkshire. It sits around 10,000 square ft, below the train network in the arches.
Tareen Interiors was assigned in one of the biggest refurbishments in the club’s history. Our clients wanted to move away from the previous ‘black paint’ theme to a quirky and tongue-in-cheek design, whilst playing on an industrial theme throughout the whole venue.

The client’s brief was to create a trendy yet classic home with a luxurious feel throughout the space. The designs
were inspired by the client’s love for color, texture, and art. Luxurious fabrics, wallpapers, lighting, and accessories
were sourced from Europe and the Far East, while most of the furniture was handcrafted by our highly skilled
upholsterers and cabinet makers.

Seventh Key – 37 story Building, Interior Design
Tareen Interiors LLC is currently engaged in an extensive project involving a 37-floor mixed-use building,
seamlessly integrating residential and commercial spaces. This ambitious development, slated for completion in

Our team is responsible for the comprehensive interior design of this towering edifice, ensuring each space embodies elegance, functionality, and modernity. We are designing inviting and sophisticated lobbies that serve as the first impression for residents and visitors, reflecting the building’s grandeur and contemporary style. In the residential interiors, we are creating comfortable and stylish bedrooms that provide a sanctuary for residents, tailored to offer a blend of luxury and practicality.
For the commercial office floors, we are crafting dynamic and efficient office environments that cater to the needs of modern businesses, designed to foster productivity and professional excellence. Additionally, we are developing state-of-the-art amenity spaces, including fitness centers, lounges, and recreational areas, enhancing the lifestyle of the building’s occupants. As part of our scope, we are also providing comprehensive furniture packages for furnished apartments, ensuring that every piece complements the overall design ethos and meets the highest standards of quality and comfort.
Beyond our core design responsibilities, Tareen Interiors LLC is offering a suite of additional services to support the developers. We are leveraging our network to introduce developers to the right real estate partners, facilitating successful sales and leasing of the property. The Bells Hotel, UK – Hotel Refurbishment
Prestigious Northern Design Award nominated, The Bells is an exclusive collection of individually designed,
luxury serviced apartments. Our brief was to help create designs that were sympathetic to the original historic
building to create designs that were individual, unique, eclectic, providing the ‘wow’ factor, and giving the
staying clientele a touch of luxury.
The use of local resources, raw building materials, exposed brickwork, iron steel girders, and the original stained-glass windows were used at every opportunity or left in place, relocated as new features, or up cycled into furniture. Each apartment was to be equipped with kitchens, beautiful unique dimmable lighting, luxurious bed designs, sumptuous fabrics, wallcoverings, furniture, hardwearing flooring, wall finishes, unique wardrobe designs and quirky art.
